WORKSHOPS
Childcare Advocates Rights and Education (CARE) Workshop by Sandi Clemans
Date: January 9th, 2010
Time: 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a break for lunch
Location: Azteca, 4708 NE Thurston Way, Vancouver, WA
Cost: $30.00 per person (6 STARS Hours)
Come and learn about Licensing Actions, FLCA's, Supervisory Reviews, DEL Investigations, WAC's, and much much more! This 6 Hour Seminar is a must for all Licensed Childcare Providers as well as Center Owners / Directors. If you are Licensed for childcare, this is information you need to know!
Kathleen Hardee will also be with Sandi and will be speaking about her experiences as well. We realize that this is a long workshop. When Sandi presented this workshop in Spokane providers did not feel that six hours was long enough due to the amount of valuable information.
Each STARS participant may receive up to $100 each year toward continuing education (annual requirement of 10 hours). Participants may receive up to two reimbursements per year.
Finally, an affordable option for Licensed Childcare Providers, Oregon Certified Providers and Childcare Centers to come together for networking, resources and quality STARS classes.
